My name is Kirsty and I am a qualified Advanced  Practitioner of Mizan Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy,  Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Hot Stones Massage, Pregnancy Massage and a Holistic Doula.. I am also an Independant consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies Organic Health and Skincare Products. 

I am also a Mum to 4 beautiful children.
 

A holistic therapist provides alternative, or complementary, treatment to an individual who may be suffering from various ailments, connected to either the body or the mind.

 

Holistic therapies are treatments which aims to treat a client as a whole, rather than as a being separated into different parts which do not interconnect. We treat the individual’s body, spirit, and mind.

It is often used on individuals who are also being treated with traditional medicine.
